Good
The location of the hotel is very good, It is easy to get to most of the tourist attraction from the hotel. There are a lot of economic restaurants and groceries nearby. The washer in the hotel was very helpful since we packed very light for our trip.
The kitchen counter was very sticky which meant they didn't clean it well. There were only a tiny bit of bar soap, shampoo and toilet paper for two of us. We stayed there for 7 nights. We asked the host to provide us more and he told us to go buy some from the supermarket. The detergent bottle was almost empty but we didn't bother to ask for more because for certain the host would ask us to buy some ourselves. There were only two bath towels for our 7 night-stay. It might be fine for a short stay. It will be very inconvenient for longer stay.

Good
I have mixed impressions of this accommodation. First, I'll describe the positives: Very convenient to reach: there is a 24-hour shuttle bus from the airport, about a 20-minute ride, and a 5-10 minute walk from the bus stop. We were met at the specified time, given the keys, all questions were answered, everything was wonderful. Good location – a nice neighborhood, market, Lidl supermarket, metro and bus stops nearby. The apartment is inside a building, no street noise, and the street itself is not very busy with traffic. Clean apartment, convenient layout. The apartment is equipped with all necessary household chemicals for washing, cleaning, and dishwashing.
Some things I would note as ambiguous: The accommodation provides a baby cot but does not mention that it does not provide baby bedding and blankets – luckily, we found a second set of bedding and several blankets. The door to the apartment is original, made of very old pine – if people are talking or making noise in the hallway at night, you can hear everything. The sink in the bathroom is so high that at a height of 170 cm, you need to stand on tiptoes to wash. Half of the light switches didn't work, and there was no light in the corridor. The vacuum cleaner and coffee maker were so dirty that we didn't want to use them; we had to clean the coffee maker ourselves. As for the negative aspects: Electrical safety issues: One of the light fixtures sparked when turned on. The electric kettle leaked significantly and was almost non-functional – we realized this on the first day and reported it to the person who handed us the keys, but there was no replacement. Broken light bulbs and a disassembled plug from the socket were in the lower kitchen cabinets; the cabinet was filled with paper and bags and could not be closed. Because of this, a very unpleasant incident occurred. When we arrived, I started checking the drawers and removing dangerous items like glass and vases to places inaccessible to the child. In the kitchen drawer that wouldn't close, there was a pile of broken glass from a crushed light bulb. I had to clean up the glass, wash the drawer, and remove the garbage that prevented it from closing. During this time, the child found a broken plug, and before we realized it, he plugged it into the socket. Only by the grace of God, he suffered only minor burns because he didn't plug it in all the way. We also share some responsibility for missing this moment, but a dangerous situation could have occurred, and I urge the hosts not to keep such items in the rented apartment.

Cozy studio in a quieter area of busy Barcelona
The location was great in a somewhat quieter area of a very busy city. Everything we needed was nearby, including excellent restaurants. The host was extremely friendly and helpful in giving us some tips about Barcelona. A/C worked great.
The tenants upstairs were a bit noisy at night, but earplugs are kind of a requirement in a place like this anyway. The kitchen was a bit sparsely equipped.
