Cote sordide du hall d’entrée et escaliers difficiles à gravir. Dans la salle de bains l’évier est beaucoup trop haut et difficile à utiliser, même pour des adultes

„Gute Lage, Wohnung nicht zu empfehlen
Die Lage war top, die Umgebung war angenehm und ruhig. Unkomplizierte Übergabe der Schlüssel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.
Die Sauberkeit des Apartments war leider eine absolute Katastrophe. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung ausschließlich mit Hausschuhen wohl gefühlt. Der Duschvorhang ist im unteren Bereich komplett verdreckt, was auch die Ecken im Bad und in der Dusche betrifft. Zusammenfassend hat das komplette Bad den Eindruck erweckt, dass vorher keine Reinigung stattgefunden hat. Das Apartment hat zwar einen Balkon, durch die Lagerung der versifften Putzsachen und der Verkleidung durch Plexiglas geht der Wohlfühlfaktor gegen null. Auf den Lampen, Bilderrahmen etc. ist eine extrem dicke Staubschicht zu finden. Bei der Kaffeemaschine fehlt die Kanne und wurde auf Nachfrage leider auch nicht geliefert. Bei Töpfen und Pfannen löst sich die Beschichtung, wodurch das selbständige Kochen aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht zu empfehlen ist. Die Küche hat ihre besten Jahre hinter sich, die Arbeitsfläche der Küche ist extrem klebrig, die Front der Kühlschranktür wurde scheinbar von einem Amateur eingebaut, da diese am Boden schleift. Die Türen der Hängeschränke bleiben nicht mehr von selbst offen. Für die Dauer von 5 Nächten wären mehr Handtücher wünschenswert gewesen.
